• A rope bridge. (for a Pacific island themed map)

Hello modeling requests... I've come to the realization after checking gaming-models.de and FPSbanana that I cannot find a long rope bridge. I was planning on using one for a Pacific island styled map (you know, all 80s/90's adventure-ish cliche) and cannot make a decent one out of brushes, even if Propper'd, and was wondering if anyone is kind enough here to follow through with this since it I assume would be very difficult. Preferably close to 1024 Source units in length. This is the map it would be used for, hoping to release before 2011 if all goes to plan, thank you in advance. There's a couple of places you could look. Left4Dead's Dead Harvest has a rope bridge, although it's fully intact and may or may not fit with your theme (but it does look like a wider version of your source photo). Also, Pirates Vikings and Knights II is bound to have a rope bridge that matches your needs. As far as a gibbing bridge would go, I think that would be difficult to do. Then again, if you're not too concerned about the bridge swaying or anything, then any of those bridge examples I posted would work, or you could place breakable wooden boards on the bottom of a bridge frame in various states of health so that players who jump too much could break the boards, and fall to their deaths if they aren't careful. Kind of like the thing Valve did with floorboards in EP2, or de_aztec (iirc, it had a treacherous bridge that had breaking boards)
Thanks, I will take a look.
