Can someone make these two pictures into textures with a transparent background?

Hey I was wondering if someone could quickly turn this picture I have of a Roman Shield, and a scroll into textures with a transparent backgrounds. The reason I want this done is because i'm making a gamemode and I need the textures to place them with Lua :).Thanks a ton to whoever can do it!
