looking for someone to reskin one of the "Fallout 3 Combat Armor" models

Hi again... I was wondering if someone could skin the black (Talon Company variant without the talon symbol included in the pack) version of the Fallout 3: combat Armor released not to long ago, or at least tell me how with GIMP or MSPaint (all I have)...

For the skin if someone's going to do it themselves, all Id like to have is,
