Hello, How do I make a ragdoll have face-posing capability in 3ds max 2010?
I can rig and weight bones pretty well.
And don't say "Google it" because I just looked, hard.
For all I know, VTA (flex) exporting only works with 3ds Max 8.

I'm not sure for 2010. I only have 3ds Max 8 so you'll have to try that VTA exporter with other Max versions yourself. I think I'm using the Wunderboy vta exporter for for 9/2008 (I assume 2008 is Max 8.)
Max 2008 is a new ver than the max 8 unfortunately.
