Open the mdl in notepad, and replace "DNRC_Female2_Dahlia0o0.mdl" with this.
Female_Civilprotection.mdl
Then scroll to the bottom, and change "models\Humans\Female\Dahlia1\" into
models\Humans\Female\group01\
and change "models\dnrcgy\" into
models\police\
