I need a reskin of male_07 for a personal skin, but my attempt failed. Here's what I need:

The face will be male_07. On the shirt is a top hat (you don't have to use the one I used, you can either make one yourself or find one). On the belt buckle it says "TCB" but in an engraved style, with the font "Palatino Linotype Bold".
Also, if possible, the model should have a top hat on his head. If this isn't possible, however, I can pose it on myself, but if it can be done, please use [url=http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=45648]this[/url] or a TF2 one.
And the sleeves aren't invisible, they're white, they just match the forum background.
