Opening Model00p files in Max 8?

I dug around Google and found a FEAR 1 model extractor, the problem is that the files seem to be packaged as a Model00p type. I can't open these files, so I wanna know if there is a importer or a way to convert them to a different file type

Hope this isn't crazy necroposting on my part, but Model00p files can be opened with Biturn. The problem is that they usually come out with completely screwed up UV maps. Games with Model00p files like F.E.A.R., and I'm assuming Condemned 1 can be ripped with Ninjaripper. I'm currently doing it myself. Here's a link if you need anyone from F.E.A.R.
