3: The books scattered around
4: The Coffee Machine beside him

6: The Vending machines (Although I think those are on Gmod.org. But I think those a HL1 on Gmod.org)
From what I can see
-Chickens and pigs are Zeno Clash
- TV and radio are Portal
- Misc props probably L4D
- The bar stool and kettle may be default
Yeah I knew them (Well not the zeno Clash ones, but I didn't need them) I need whats on the list
Chicken and pig are from Zeno Clash.
Bottles, furniture are from L4D model packs.
Boltgun is on Gmod.org.
Stool and computer are from Portal props
Model in chair is my personal skin model, you'll find it on the front page of Offical Personal Skin thread.
Bowler hat is the spies hat from TF2.
Books are also from L4D model packs.
Vending machines are also from L4D model packs, the TV's too.
