Counter Strike Hands And Sleeve request

I found these nice HL2 hand skins

And wanted matching Counter Strike hands that look just like them.
Here is a skin I found but it's not what I wanted.

It doesn't look the same the the gloove parts are grey.
So if someone knows where i can find a better skin or if someone can make one.
