This is the Alien Grunt from Black Mesa Source tweaked to be more useful for Gmod posing. I thought to myself, "Why should the human soldiers get all the GMOD love?" So here's a lovable member of the Xenian forces to help with any Half-Life universe screenshotting.

It has:
-skingroups for the 3 different model skins in BMS
-bodygrouped armor and bodies
-face posing
-finger posing (-ish. Claw/finger/mandible-posing)
-eye posing (3 of 'em!)

I don't think this is compatible with anything that makes the grunt an NPC or anything like that. Does, however, feature alien ass.

Credit to the Black Mesa: Source team's modellers and concept guys for awesome work.
My first ever upload for Garry's Mod. Let me know if something doesn't work.
Enjoy!

UPDATE 10/4: Uploaded a fix for the neck seams/gaps and added some missing textures for if you don't have Black Mesa installed -> https://dl.dropbox.com/u/110652898/BMS%20Alien%20Grunt%20v2%20hotfix.zip
Incoming sex poses.
I think that it was pretty resourceful to make bodygroups for the armor and the weapons, it'll be great for posing if you ask me.
nice but check your skin groups I'm getting a mix match of skin's. light heads dark body's and the other way around to

The default Black Mesa agrunt has 3 body skins and 2 head skins. My version cycles the 3 body skins with the first head skin, then through the 3 with the 2nd head.
The way it's distributed in default BMS is the first model has body skin 1 + head skin 1, the second model has body skin 2 and head skin 1, and the third (the naked, unarmed version), uses body skin 3 and head skin 2.
I decided to cycle through everything to maximus flexibility. Some combinations look better than others, depending on lighting and stuff.
Awesome stuff.
unfortunately there's a huge hole in the neck ... could you fix this?

There was a seam already in the unarmored Black Mesa version, and I wasn't going to worry about that as I didn't want to go mucking around with the meshes themselves that much, but I see now that simply moving the head creates a GIGANTIC gap, even on the armored versions, so I guess I should fix that.
I'll probably have time later today to get that done. Any other problems anyone's found?
Updated the OP with the fix for the neck seams.

The only other issue that I've personally found is that the rigging seems a tad stiff. The model itself is still able to be worked with, but posing is a bit annoying.
