Except, for obvious reasons, the spy, sniper, scout, and possibly pyro.
Basicly the classes in their "off time" clothes, like the demo with his t-shirt, and the soldier with the same type of get up (still with their headgear of course)

For the others, you can really make it up, i'd suggest using the nude models for arms and torso's.
This could be used greatly in poses and comics.
Also, in all honesty, i dont know what the fuck you can do for the pyro, but if anything, keep the mask on.
Lol. "Possibly" Pyro? That's a definate no. Anyway theres a couple of people out there who know how to do this kind of thing though, so it's a matter of finding someone who can be assed enough to do this.
The clothes he wears in TF2 ARE his casual clothes.
