Overlay Request: Cylon Visor-style animated overlay.

I don't know if people work on overlays here, but anyways.

Watching this video, I noticed that the Cylon Raider has a TV-screen style overlay with the famous scanner beam sliding across the screen. It looks fairly subtle for the sake of not giving the player a headache, but it's there.

So, I was wondering if it'd be possible to recreate this for Source. It doesn't seem like it would be a humongous ordeal. I'm not worried about the HUD elements, I'm mainly interested in simply having a sort of TV-overlay, with this scanning effect across the screen. I'm pretty sure there's already a tv overlay, but I don't know how hard it would be to animate.

There's also a version with no TV overlay, and just the red tint and scanner bar.

But I feel the TV overlay adds a bit of realism. Maybe making the overlay a bit more obvious would be what I ask.
