The decompiler decompiles a bodygruoped model fine, you jsut have to rewrite the bodygroups. It's not really hard. Just replacemost of t he $model lines that are put out with $bodygroup ones.

I have changed $model before parts which i wanted to bodygroup and i had that:
ERROR: unknown bodygroup option: "Haruhi_LEye1.smd" (for example)

Ah I see it's one of the dumb anime models that tries to make expressions with bodygroups as opposed to normal flexes.

Honestly why even use bodygroups if you're editing one of those poorly made anime models any way you might as well just use skingroups instead.

Then you probably don't have the SMD's in the folder or something. Or using the wrong names or what I know.
The QC I gave you should work given that everything else is fine.
