Can someone make a drivable Nissan Skyline GT-R35?And a few skins for it?

some features that i would really like:
-HD Model
-a Weapons model(two Miniguns on the hood) and a No weapons model
-HD sound
-Realistic acceleration
-Headlights
-Neons(if it's possible)
and a damaged model(when shot with a rocket launcher)

Well GL with your request, because thats a pretty tall order.
Cars are always a bitch to model.
Or maybe you know of a game that got this car in? so the porters/rippers can "maybe" help.
