I was wondering if someone could make me a personal skin with Male_09 in regular rebel outfit (head hack might be required) with a pair of sunglasses, and black and white armor/clothes, If someone can please make it, and Thanks if you do

One thing I learned while "requesting" is that you have to be explicit in your request. Every detail has to be pointed out. "black and white armor/clothes" is pretty cague when you think about it. What piece or armor, what piece of clothing. Expand on your request, make it easier for the pros.
I would suggest to get the rebel recolor then get someone to hack the sunglasses from the triangle club bouncers.
