Models eye textures appearing missing after installed fixing

So I've been trying to use this model but for some reason after I install the fixes that I received after the original build of the model, the eye textures appear missing.

I've tried installing the last fix only, all the fixes in order, and nothing seems out of order except the eyes. Here's the .VMT after installing the fix after the original build and removing .vmt from the basetexture.

The model is crucial for a shot so all help is appreciated.

Friend of mine just gave the model new eyes, disregard.
