Any tutorials on how to hack together models?

I tried looking around the internet but i cant find any tutorials on model hacking? does anybody know where i can find some?

Just search for "decompile source .mdl" and find a tutorial. You extract the .mdl to .smd, import it into a 3d program and then you just rinse and repeat and add all the crap you want together. If you're doing it with ragdolls it's going to get a bit more complicated but just get it into a 3D program for a start, then keep researching from there.
