I've been searching the forum for an hour or so now and have not found anything useful.
So I am asking here.
Can, or has anyone ported weapon, gear or models from the MOH Warfighter engine to the ArmA3 engine?

Yep, several mods out there, one off the top of my head is called "operator pack"
it features the maritime ops core, as well as the HK416C, MK18, and TAC50.
