No one's done any H.P. Lovecraft models yet save for the Necromomicon.
Well, there's the Evil Dead necro[b]n[/b]omicon.
I don't remember ever getting a huge description of what the necronomicon is supposed to look, other than it's a book, that says necronomicon.

Everything else is kind of meh since you have to understand that no one wants to model a huge tentacular monster, on top of that there aren't really that much reference material other than the books but books always paint different pictures to different people. There's of course Dark Corners of Earth but I have no idea if anyone has ported from it.
