Hellboy: The Science of Evil Models?

Hello! I was wondering if it was possible to rip models off of console games, and if it was, could somebody rip the models from Hellboy: The Science of Evil?
Mainly what I want is the Hellboy, Ape Sapien, Liz and frog demon models.

It's a game, the models already exist. No one needs to remake anything.
