Porting props from Dishonored. But have problem with Umodel

So i use a program called Umodel. I use the program and open the level packs in dishonored. And export the models with it's uv's.
I then import them into blender, change the size, add bones if needed. Define the names and make a QC so it's ready for SFM.
Problem is that some models have 2 uvs, understandable, like a model of a window and a wall. It uses both a wall texture, and a window texture.
But when i import such a model it only has one of the uv's Making it impossible to streamline the porting process.
I need help!!

Blender doesn't handle .psk import too well, or .pskx, assuming your exported assets are either of those.
I've come across this problem before and exporting from Noesis or Max beforehand and then importing in Blender is the only solution I've found. Even separating via materials in Blender doesn't work because it just kills all the other UV maps.
