• F.E.A.R online models (+sample file, can't open .mdl and .tex)

hello, i have files from F.E.A.R Online , the files are in ".arch01" and i used Arch Extractor(Fear 2 tool) to extract them and got .mesh, .mdl, .tex files for each models but the problem is i can't use programs(that support .mdl) including Noesis to open\view these .mdl at all ,i would like to ask if anyone know how to open these files here is 1 of the models from the game , i have no idea what model is this since i can't open it https://mega.nz/#!IBsCDBKL!lS5R5fCfEFrWZoV5tlFSqLW8F_OkNEfSDfaMmgKn5Fk thank you
I can't say with any certainty, but I don't think extraction from FEAR Online is possible. I have a few of these files myself (still have the game installed), and they're in the same format that FEAR 2 models are in. I don't think anyone ever managed to open .mesh files from FEAR 2. In fact, models from all FEAR games have all been extracted via ripping software because it's nearly impossible to properly open Model00p files from the first game, and .mesh (these actually contain the models) from FEAR 2. Hopefully someone can finally crack this. For reference, Dragon UnPACKer seems to be a better tool to go through the FEAR Online files.

Well I suppose it's better idea to post this on Xentax... not here.

It's the best way of getting model textures from the first game. Model00p files can be opened and exported using a program called Biturn also. It doesn't open many models though. I've only been able to open a few. And even then, you have to manually separate the meshes after extraction because of the UV maps. Like NapoleonII said, it'd probably be better to ask this on Xentax.

Hi friends, I am also interested in how to open and use the models and animation of fear 2. I was able to add and make a workable model of add-ons to the editor of the first part of the game, characters Kaplan, Rains, Morrison Nightcrawlers, and others. I want to help with some other things, if there is a wish that Skype alvares2004, unfortunately I have Russian and English do not speak ((
