I think this can be done by taking say...Weskers head.
Putting it on the body of the terminator ragdoll ported by S-Low. And then putting a pair of jeans and shoes on, from other ragdolls, and skinning accordingly.
I could do the skinning, but one of you would have to make it, rig it, and face flex it.
