Could someone make this Ganondorf model into a TF2 playermodel? I'd be willing to pay for it

Just to be clear I'd be willing to pay around $35 (this is not the highest I'd be willing to pay however) for someone to convert this model into a TF2 or Garry's Mod playermodel. I'd prefer that it was a player skin that replaces either the Spy, the Demoman, the Pyro or the Engineer, but I would be willing to settle for anything other than a skin replacing the heavy (simply because I never use that class). If you convert it into a Garry's Mod playermodel I'd like you to upload it to the workshop after I pay for your work, so everyone can use the model.
