Large Phone/Tablet Weapon Model

I am looking for a large Phone or Tablet model that can be use to create a weapon in Garry's Mod.

Nothing fancy, basic Phone/Tablet with hands so it's not just floating in front of the player.

Does anyone know where I can find such a model or know anyone willing to be paid to create it?
