Well if the model is decompiled, it's very easy. All you have to do is add:
[code]$scale <amount (1 is default)>[/code]
And just put it beneath $modelname, at least thats what I always do.
However if you mean compiled, I'm not sure exactly how, if it's for posing you could try the inflater tool, though I don't think that this is what you mean.
And your English isn't bad.
To bad we dont have a s.tool for that
