Is there someone that might want to try this, Enhanced_AI asked for this awhile ago but it didn't go anywhere, i understand why but I thought to give it an other shot.

little bump. know it would be a bitch to model or do whatever to do this but I jusy think it would be neat to see.
Wasn't somebody making a TF2 version of the citizen? A little slimmer version of him and a blue and red recolor and you'd have it.
I'd seen that too, don't think it was completed though, was it?
