I don't know if there are any already out there, but I was planning to start a headhack project with U.S. and German soldiers. Still an early WIP, though.

Males 1,3,and 5 wouldn't make sense as German soldiers.
Germans hated anyone that was different from them.

But as far as your request goes, I think Half-Dead made some a while back, he hasn't released them though.
