Okay so I am making this house and want it to be very realistic. I have a few specific requests.

Where can I get this furniture? It's perfect!
2. I need various beds, carpets and some realistic chairs
3. I need some realistic house materials, but I don't know where to place them (I want it so I can use the material tool and it will change the props material)
4. Maybe like a table pack?
