So I got the Legacy Addons thing from the workshop, changed the "info.txt" files from the previous addons I had, but, it all shows up as errors,
Is this supposed to happen intentionally or I'm doing something wrong?

copy and paste the models and materials folders into your main garrysmod folder if you haven't already. it also helps if you move all your addons to somewhere else, launch GMod, then put them back and launch it again. the spawnicons will probably still be errors, but you should be able to spawn the models themselves perfectly fine.
