• Modeling problem?

so i made a gmod model and compiled it and all that etc and when i loaded it up in game it looks like this - [url]https://gyazo.com/bb4cfce51c726ae78720821d06f2bc51[/url] anyone know whats wrong with it, maybe something in the qc? the scale is incorrect. whether scale it in blender or use the $scale command in the qc. and you'll probably need a proportions fix. dude got a lil bit different anatomy.

then scale it in blender. select both (all) and scale. then apply the scale on both objects mesh and armature so it's all relatively 1. then export and rebake the model. the player animations will still look weird and deform. that dude doesn't match any half life skeleton and animations. only the proportions fix helps. you can google it. it's more complicated tho. i can tell you that.

Are you running it on the valve biped for animations?
