Peach Ragdoll Looks like a huge blanket when i spawn it in Garry's mod

Continuing on my peach leotard model for garry's mod, i rigged it as MarioKart64_n's Tut said to, but the model appears like this

rigging error. no clue what bone exacrly, but one bone is rigged to another it (structurally) shouldn't be. i've had this happen with goldsrc models.
