Did someone of Gmod team try to extract TTT 2 characters? I think that would be very awesome for Gmod.
Garry doesn't extract models for Gmod, it's random players. I have found none rigged for Gmod, and only a few have been extracted, and only for XNALara.
Like Tekken 6 there are tools to extract TTT2 characters. A bit harder for TTT2 as you have to sort through like a billion files but the tools work great.

That's exactly why i posted this thread - i thought there is another way of unpacking bin files not into the millions nmd parts.
