Playermodel request

I'm not positive if this is the right thread I'm sure it may be but anyways. My request is can someone make playmodels for the citizens that have light brown and dark blue pants in Half Life 2? It doesn't seem like there are any. Heres a picture of one of them to understand what character I'm talking about.
