ME 3 Characters (PSK) into Gmod / Source Film Maker ?

Hi, i would like to know how properly import character from PSK file (i already have it in 3ds max) into Gmod / Source film maker. I cant find good tutorial , can somebody redirect me to some or show me how to do it ? I really want to help expand this comunity.
