• Hope did not sounds stupid... new at modeling

Hey there , well i have been looking for this forum for time ago , did not know what to post , so i just watching but now i am starting at modeling .. i already did a reskin r whatever it spells... now i am trying to do something else how to open models of ragdolls / props from the addons folder of Garrymod?? i try looking in google but nothing .. :C wich program r whatever i should use for that? well i am just a beginer at this stuff Edit: please someone?? this the only thing i do not understand , pleasee thanks
You have to decompile the .mdl, and the other files that go with it, into a .smd. Then you use a 3D modeller (you'll have to find out which one you want to use; Blender is free, for instance,) with a .SMD export/import script to open it up in the editor. You can use MDLdecompile ([url]http://www.chaosincarnate.net/cannonfodder/cftools.htm[/url]) to decompile the mdl into an smd.

"I r need knowing of how do things" doesn't like like a foreigner trying to speak English. Instead it's more like a little kid typing something out. To be fair at least he made some improvements with his new post.
