Yeah, sorry for the holdup, a lot of irl stuff happening that kept me busy.
(following is copied from Workshop release page)
So, here is SFM port of the NCR Veteran Ranger model made for Fallout 4, by DogtoothCG.

Model works with Valve 3 spine ik rig [url]https://www.dropbox.com/s/f3zhhuz6vl05ali/Valve3spine.rar?dl=0[/url] , has support for footroll feature, has various helmet variations (2 different glow versions, and no gasmask).
Heads are from MGS V GZ marines release by NinjaNub.

That just means that they're not hexed and you need to subscribe to the MGS V GZ marines addon.

I have, it doesn't solve it though. shame considering it's a really decent model.
