Seeking multiple positions (especially animator!) for an ambitious Half-Life 2 mod.

Greetings! I'm a somewhat experienced Source engine dev looking for assistance with my mod. The position I'm most concerned with because it's the one skill I do not have at all is someone who can properly animate a redone model of the Cremator. I most definitely have the ability to make the actual AI for it myself but I'm sure I'm not going to be able to split my time up between mapping, coding, and learning how to animate and get it done within any reasonable time frame. The model in question was posted on facepunch by DP Films and can be found here: https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1420545

I did try to rig it up with the original animations myself and had some success but ultimately I found them to be janky. It needs to be able to properly aim its immolator, walk at a decent pace, and have a flinch animation or two. I'd need a proper .qc file done as well, although if you have absolutely no experience with that I can at least give that a shot or find someone else to finish that part. I REALLY want to be able to include this enemy in the game as I feel that I could make something really unique out of it, so I am willing to pay up a bit but my budget can really only go up to about 300-400 dollars and I'm not sure how many hours this would take an experienced model animator. If you're interested, you can email me at darbtoliver@gmail.com or on my moddb page and we can go over more exact specifics on the project.
There are also plenty of other positions that I could use help with from programming to particle effects so if you're interested at all please check out the moddb announcement article: http://www.moddb.com/mods/hev-mark-vi/news/announcing-hev-mark-vilooking-for-team-members
