I'm looking for either a crate model or a key model, doesn't have to be TF2's keys, anything could work.
I had a feeling something like this would have been done already, but with searching garrysmod.org, I can't seem to find anything other than 50 different keypad versions and crate makers. Searching these forums brought me to a dead-end thread with no real results.
So I came here and started a new thread, hopefully someone can link me to something related.
Do you still need a key model?
It'd probably be simple enough to take the barn crate model in tf2's gcf, attempt to model the Chains and padlock, and that would probably be it if anyone was up for it.
So why hasn't anyone done so? Is it THAT hard?
I'm sure i have a key model laying around, I could give it to you if you still want it.
Edit: Nvm, I must have removed it whilst cleaning up my computer..
The game files have textures for the crate, its chain and the key. Don't forget that it has textures for class specific kits and the paintcan
I remember someone on tf2 thread was modeling some crates, key, paints, etc. Not sure if he still working on it or not.
