You aren't really asking us, you're COMMANDING us. Besides, personal skins are just that. Personal. I won't get any benefit from making you a personal skin. Nobody else benefits. Just you. Hence why 99% of personal skins are made by the person they're used by. Most of the requests in this forum are for things that everybody can benefit from - porting things from other games, or making original models that anyone can use, or non-personal reskins. Because guess what? We're not paid to do this. We do this either because it's fun, or because we want the models in GMod anyways and are willing to do it ourselves. The only time we'll make something is because we want to, not because anybody asked us or told us. And you think this is us being nasty? Trust me, this is us being "slightly annoyed but still passive-aggressively polite". You don't want to see us being actually nasty. Also, why can't you download one of those things? Photoshop I can understand (legally obtaining it is a couple hundred bucks), but there's [url=http://www.gimp.org/]The GIMP[/url] and [url=http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?c=178]VTFEdit[/url], which is all you actually need. If you need documentation, the [url=http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Creating_a_Material]Valve Developer Community[/url] is a good place to start. And we'd be much more receptive to "how can I do this?" questions than we are to "make this thing for me" orders.

You've proven yourself "lazy" - if "it could take like 5 minutes", why can't you do it yourself? As to "stupid", we judge that here by spelling, grammar and sophistication, things you have not demonstrated. Hell, we used to ban people for bad grammar. And I have every right to post here to explain why nobody will ever fulfill your request. It is not a "challenge" you have given, but an ultimatum. "Give me my perskin, or I'll whine and cry about it". No talent is really necessary - it's a boringly dull request, one we've seen dozens if not hundreds of times before - and we get nothing out of it but the warm, fuzzy feeling of helping someone. I happen to hate all people, on principle, so even that won't cut it. PS: You don't need $100. I have already linked you to several free programs that I use to make skins/textures.

I'm not going to lie, man...it's much easier to do it the way we said. That is, to get an image editing program (GIMP is basically free, open-source Photoshop, for lack of better description, VTFEdit is to view and modify those files.), export the vtf from VTF edit into a TGA file open it up in GIMP, color the shirt and pants to what color you choose, save it, import it back into VTFEdit, and so forth. There are several tutorials on this. Point is, buddy, you could easily do this yourself. Not to be rude or anything, but you are demanding, rather than asking. "I want," as opposed to "Could someone do.."? which is the polite way of asking. And even then, this is so simple, that you might as well learn a new skill of texture editing and do this yourself.
