Me and a friend of mine are trying to extract the dead space necromorph models with the models animations. But we do not know what tool or tools we would need to do so. Any insight or help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
3dx ripper. I extracted the military suit before and it was working, although I have to scale the model a bit to match the size from the game.

Thanks alot man Im assuming it had the games animations aswell? We are trying to make the necromorph models be able to be used to make npcs for them so they would need all their game animations like idle, attack. etc.
3dx ripper only gets the models not the animations.

You should ask on xentax for that, they know better about that kind of stuff.
Also don't use 3dripper. Use Ninjaripper instead, it gives better model quality.

Hey man, I have the rip tools to extract the files of all the three games as well as open the sound files, so I have access to the model, texture and animation files. However, I also need those files because I'm making a DS mod for L4D2 and I don't know how to change the models into .obj
