Whoa, looks pretty nice. And fuck your avatar.
it looks round make it more flat
it looks round make it more flat
the blade? or the hilt?
wow that looks pretty nice
Everything's nice, except the two edges where the blade meets the hilt, they're kind of blocky.
the blade from the pics i will download it now to make sure it is not
Pretty good attention to detail. Good job.
The detail is amazing, reminds me of LoTR
Freaking beautiful. Good job on the model, though the blade seems to be a little rounded at the tip.
Freaking beautiful.
The detail is amazing, reminds me of LoTR
That's not even the half of it... the version I'm working on now, for the crytek engine, has loads more detail... I'll get a picture up of it in the WIP thread, when I feel its ready...
it looks round make it more flat
yeah, the edges of the blade appear rounded because of the poor smoothing groups...
Whoa, looks pretty nice. And fuck your avatar.
haha, what's wrong with my avatar?
Dayumm, that sword is pretty epic. You got my download.
Its supposed to be, the blade i referenced had a rounded tip.
Bad sharpening.
Bad sharpening.
Actually, many swords used rounded tips. A katzbalger would often be shaped like this, as would many Chinese swords. Look at the Sword of Goujian, or the more famous Tizona, and you'll see a relatively rounded tip. The sword still works well because, although the tip itself does not form an edge, the edge of the blade continues all the way to the tip.

it would cause more damage it caused more damge when dented in the armour than getting stabbed
Nice, may be a little over shiny though.
the blade from the pics i will download it now to make sure it is not
I'm hoping you didn't judge that from the screenshots.
I'm hoping you didn't judge that from the screenshots.
Who cares whether the sword looks round or not in game? The only important thing is the way it looks when you take a screenshot of it :|
Looks like a sword to me. DLing to confirm.
This model, has given me an outstanding idea! If I can edit the picture I must now pose correctly, it will look amazing :D
