Can some one tell me which site this might be on? I checked here, FPS Banana, garrysmod.org, and I looked for a torrent. If it can be posted up somewhere for me to download, I'll make it a torrent and seed it.

Well, I don't feel like reinstalling all of Dark Messiah just to test one model, but my guess would be....
1. (Re)Install MM:DM, not the demo.
2A. Do a web search to find GCFScape (Did I REALLY have to include this step? Some people have lead me to believe so) .
2b.Use GCFScape to extract (demon) Xana's model files. (The name should be obvious)
3. Put Xana's models in the garrysmod\garrysmod\models\Npc_xana_demon folder. (Got the directory from opening eyeball_l.vmt in Notepad, it's not that hard)
4. Put your choice of texture in the garrysmod\garrysmod\materials\Npc_xana_demon folder. (just a guess, might be just /materials)
5. Possibly copy missing materials from the "reddish" folder, if you use the "normal" folder.
If I'm right, I'm right, if I'm wrong, someone correct where I'm wrong.
Actually, scratch that, if I'm right, send me the meshes so I don't have to dig out my MM:DM disc, or wait for it to d/l form Steam.

But Xana's original model is not ragdolled. that's the problem we're trying to figure out.

In fact, I believe that very problem was solved in this thread or a different Xana thread.
Just copy Leanna's physics file over to Xana's folder and rename it.
