Need a Request on Citizen models Male 1-9 & Female 1-7

I know there are models like:

But they don't animate at all,

is there a way I can get a HL2 Hexed verson or something?

I given up trying to animate theses models because look at female_01:

It does the same with Female_02 and Male_01.

So I want to try like a new Half Life 2 Model's and material file section on them and just hex them and reskin the costumes.

I can not find any Female or Male Models out there (and yes all of them).

Can someone help?

I even tried GCFScape the models from Half Life 2, but they don't work when I decompile
