Hello i tried porting a raiden model from gta sa with a retextured txd from gtamartin(both the model and texture) so i exported dff to obj and open it on 3ds max then i opened the Alex mercers skeleton and it fited worked fine pic:[IMG]http://i37.tinypic.com/k30v9g.png[/IMG]
made him run i followed mariokart64n s tutorial made a physmodel pic: [IMG]http://i34.tinypic.com/10psnrm.png[/IMG]
so i made the skeleton with hided model and then complied it tried it and those are the results pic: [IMG]http://i38.tinypic.com/2mngidf.jpg[/IMG] i can only select from his legs and he goes underground pic: [IMG]http://i36.tinypic.com/2yud4y0.jpg[/IMG] dont know why its like this and the model is checkered because when i tried to open the mdl in HLMV and then stopped working
the model is checkered because you're missing the textures. as far as the other issue, it looks like your phymodel may be messed up. did you make sure each piece is weighted to only one bone?

i cannot give him the textures because when i open him im HLMV it crashes and i didnt make sure that they are weighted im going to check later
