Well you don't have a collision segment at all in your QC.
Sorry for sounding stupid, but all the googling I did in the last hour didn't really help me. Could you please explain more? I've learnt that I need to include $collisionjoints but when using the tempalte from the hl2 folder ragdoll.qci and including that in the .qc, it still doesn't work.
Essentially you want to just just set the collisionjoints empty.
The basic values, the root bone and similar Not any actual limits though.
Then you set those up in hlmv (drag the sliders for all the bones around, until you have the limits, then hit copy QC in HLMV and copypaste the new values into your QC)
