It doesn't hold this position by the way, it freaks out and things go everywhere.
Check the testidle animation if the bones go all wacky. Try importing the smd of it.
The test walk animation works correctly. Maybe I just have a bad .smd for the test idle or something. Hopefully I can just not include it in the model and it will work in game because there is a working idle_lower animation.
