Bmx'er From GTA SA?

Hi, i have a little request if it's ok, would it be possible for somebody to port The bmx guy from gta sa?

i know a guy ported a few other ragdolls from GTA sa but this one catches my eye.

i know that, but i want to learn how to do playermodels and i think starting with a low poly model will be easier
