hello like the title says the player model is like a stick arms out to side no animations at all. but when i start a game up and do multi or single it works fine. but not on my dedicated server

This is an animation problem. You most likely installed the model wrong on the dedicated server.
ok will quad check how we got it installed
they are not installed wrong
can any body tell me why im having this problem ? the person im using is ment to be a player model
For god's sake please don't triple post. Anyway if you believe the model is installed correctly, you should still reinstall it onto your server just for safe measure
