What I need here should be pretty easy. We've all hopefully seen the shirts CS:S hostages wear, button-up undershirts typical of the man who works behind a computer all day.
This is what I'm asking for, a reskin of the normal citizen_sheet to turn the blay prison-like jacket into a light blue, button-up undershirt. Completely blank, no logo. Everything else on the sheet can stay the same, I just need the office shirt. After it's done, just PM me the texture sheet (Preferably in BMP format) and I can take it from there.
(Don't think you can get away with giving me CS:S's hostage sheet, that thing's low-quality as shit.)

What's low quality about the CSS sheet? It's the same, or better than the HL2's citizen sheet.
